All retail ICs of the day are to ensure store operation comply with store checklist. Please complete store checklist at the end of everyday.

1.*Have you switch on all lights, TV, music, computers & payment machines?

2.*Have you checked any defects to the store? If yes, please list down the defects.

3.*Have you vacuum the floor, wipe the glasses, clean & adjust all racking?

4.*Have you check,iron replenish the VM & mannequins & cut all loose threads?

5.*Have you ensure all staffs report to work else escalate to the store manager? Please list down staffs who did not turn up.

6.*Did the cashier tally the cash from the previous day sales?

7.*Have you bank in the previous day cash & ensure enough loose change for the day?

Yes No

8.*Has the driver collected the defects & replenish all sold out stocks & operating supplies? Please list down supplies that are running low.

9.*Have you checked everyone’s grooming?

10.*Have you briefed all staffs on their respective stations & allocate break time?

11.*Are there any briefing from the company’s email today?

12.*Did you open the store at 10am sharp?

Any breach of the above rules will result in 1 warning letter issued to me & I do understand that a compilation of 2 warning letters in a month will result in my dismissal from the company, MDS.
