အော်ဒါအတည်ပြုဖို့လုပ်ဆောင်ချိန်ဘယ်လောက်ကြာနိုင်ပါသလဲ?

In stocks ပစ္စည်းများကိုမှာခဲ့လျှင် အော်ဒါအတည်ပြုရန် ၁ရက် မှ ၂ရက်အတွင်းကြာမြင့်နိုင်ပြီး အကယ်၍ ချစ်တို့အနေနဲ့မရောက်ရှိသေးသော ပစ္စည်းသစ် (Arriving Soon) များကို မှာယူခဲ့တယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ Productတစ်ခုချင်းစီ၏ Pageမှာ ရောက်ရှိမည့်နေ့ကိုသိရှိနိုင်ပြီး MDS Myanmar ထံသို့ပစ္စည်းရောက်ရှိတာနဲ့ ချစ်တို့ဆီကို Email ပေးပို့မှာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

MDS Myanmar ရဲ့ Customer Service Team မှ အတတ်နိုင်ဆုံး(၄၈)နာရီအတွင်းချစ်ဆီကို Email ပြန်ပေးပို့မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။တစ်ခါတစ်ရံအခက်အခဲများကြောင့် ၇ရက်(ပိတ်ရက်မပါ)အထိကြာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အကယ်၍ချစ်တို့အနေဖြင့် Facebook, Instagram တို့မှဆက်သွယ်ထားလျှင်လည်း MDS Myanmar ရဲ့ Social Media Team အနေဖြင့်သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Service Team နဲ့ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီးလျှင် အမြန်ဆုံးချစ်တို့ဆီအကြောင်းပြန်ပေးမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အော်ဒါများကို MDS Myanmar အရောင်းဆိုင်များတွင်ကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက်ထုတ်ယူခြင်း

Online မှဝယ်ယူထားသောပစ္စည်းများကိုထုပ်ပိုးပြီး ဆိုင်များသို့ပို့ဖို့ရာဆောင်ရွက်ချိန် ၃ရက်မှ၅ရက်အထိကြာမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ချစ်တို့ရဲ့အော်ဒါပစ္စည်းကိုသွားရောက်ထုတ်ယူဖို့ အဆင်သင့်ဖြစ်ပြီဆိုတာနဲ့ချစ်တို့ဆီကို Email ပို့ပြီးအကြောင်းကြားပေးမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Email ရပြီဆိုတာနဲ့ပစ္စည်းလေးကို တစ်ပတ်အတွင်းသွားရောက်ထုတ်ယူပေးရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တစ်ပတ်အတွင်းလာရောက်ထုတ်ယူခြင်းမရှိတဲ့ပစ္စည်းတွေကို လုံခြုံမှုရှိစေဖို့ MDS Myanmar ရဲ့ Warehouse သို့ပြန်လည်ပို့ဆောင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ထိုကဲ့သို့ပစ္စည်းနှင့်ပက်သက်ပြီး စုံစမ်းချင်ရင်တော့ချစ်တို့ရဲ့Orderနံပါတ်ကို ပြောပြပြီး MDS Myanmar ရဲ့ Customer Service Team (Phone 09-799555599) သို့ဆက်သွယ်စုံစမ်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ပစ္စည်းသစ် "Arriving Soon" များရောက်ရှိဖို့ မထင်မှတ်ထားသော ကြန့်ကြာမှုများရှိလာနိုင်သည့်အတွက် "Arriving Soon" ပစ္စည်းများကို စောင့်နိုင်မှသာ မှာပေးစေလိုပါတယ်။

How long is the order processing time?

For In-Stock items, we require 1-2 working days to process and dispatch your order. If you order an Arriving Soon item/s, kindly refer to the stock status date on the Product Page. An email notification will be sent once the shipment reaches.

 

 

When will my email sent be responded?

Our friendly Customer Service Team will try their best to respond to you within 48 hours via email. They may take up to 7-10 working days to revert to you during high volume periods. If you send an inquiry via our Social Media Platforms such as Instagram or Facebook, our Social Media Team will liaise with the Service Team and will revert to you as soon as possible.

Self Pick-up at all MDS Myanmar retail outlets

Please allow us 3-5 working days to pack and deliver your parcels to our stores. We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Kindly collect your parcel within 1 week as any uncollected parcel will be returned back to our warehouse for safekeeping. Please have your Order Number ready and contact our Customer Service Team atmyanmar@mdscollections.comfor uncollected parcel(s).

I placed a successful order but why did I not receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your Junk Mail folder. If you did not receive any confirmation email, kindly contact us via email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

 

If I have not received my item?

What if I have a missing item in my order?

Printed designs may vary in terms of symmetry and alignment for each piece and cannot be considered as a defect. Kindly allow 1-inch difference in the full-round measurement due to the way the measurement is taken and such variance is not considered as a defect. Click here to check our Size Chart.

 

Do you restock your products?

Depending on the demand of the product, we do open backorder for selected sold out styles. Please check out our "Arriving Soon? tab on the website to secure a slot for backorder.

 

 

I ordered an "Arriving Soon" item but it has not arrived.

1. If you have ordered an "Arriving Soon" item/s, kindly note that it is a pre-order and the estimated arrival date as well as current status are as stated on the website under product details. Arriving Soon items might be subjected to unexpected delays so we strongly advise customers to order only if you are willing to wait.

Upon arrival, you will receive a "Your pre-order item from your order, Order ID {Order_ID} will be arriving at our warehouse on {Date}!" email from us. Once packed & dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive another notification email stated "Your order {Order_ID} has been shipped out If you have purchased Arriving Soon item(s), they will be delivered in separate parcels!". In the event that the Arriving Soon item is cancelled, you will be notified via email and a refund will be made to you accordingly within 7 working days.

2. If you have ordered both In-Stock and Arriving Soon items in the same order, please note that we will dispatch your In-Stock item/s within 1-5 working days. Your Arriving Soon item will be dispatched in a separate parcel later.
