The MDS Subscription is a monthly subscription service that gives you greater savings and flexibility picking your wardrobe's next star piece. Receive credits that can be redeemed for clothes, accessories or shoes regardless of price, and a storewide 20% discount that you can use online or in Singapore retail stores.

There are 3 MDS Subscription tiers available:

• Single - (S$29.90) your choice of 1 item a month
• Duo - (S$49.90) your choice of 2 items a month
• Ensemble - (S$99.90) your choice of 4 items a month

All tiers come with 20% off any further purchases online and in Singapore retail stores.

Each MDS Subscription credit can be used to redeem any item we have in stock, arriving soon, on sale, regardless of price range. Some items from our premium collections require 2 credits for redemption.

Online

• Click here to sign up, after which your credit(s) and 20% discount will be instantly available.

In-store

• You may also sign up for your MDS Subscription at any Singapore retail store. Your 20% discount will apply both in-store and online immediately.

MDS Subscribers will receive new credit(s) in amounts corresponding to their plan tiers every 30 days from the date of subscription.

MDS Subscription credits never expire, they simply roll over to the next month. In the unlikely event that nothing catches your eye this month, save your credit(s)! In the unfortunate event that you wish to end your MDS Subscription, any remaining credit(s) will still be valid.

MDS credits can only be used online, and not in-store. However, the 20% discount applies universally to all non-sale items.

In the event an MDS Subscription credit is redeemed for an item of lower value than your subscription fee (i.e. an item priced below S$29.90), the difference will not be refunded. You are however encouraged to redeem your credit(s) for any higher-priced item!

1. Can I use my returns voucher on (i) sale items, (ii) subscription fee or (iii) my 20% discount?

(i) Sale items

Returns voucher cannot be used on sale items online. You can, however, use the returns voucher on your 20% discount purchase to offset the credit value.

(ii) Subscription fee

Returns voucher cannot be used for any tier of subscription fee.

(iii) 20% discount

Returns voucher may be utilised on items bought on 20% discount online. Do note that if you use the voucher for an item of lower value, the difference will be forfeited. 

2. If I return an item bought under my 20% discount, what would be the exchange value?

MDS will issue a credit voucher equivalent to the price after 20% discount for your next purchase. This applies to in-store purchases on items bought under 20% discount. 

3. If I redeem my credit but I wish to return the item, what would be the exchange value?

In this case, we will be issuing you a refund in the form of 1 credit back to your account which you can redeem for other items.

Please note that earrings are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. Shoes are only eligible for returns if the sole is clean, not soiled and completely new condition. 

Each MDS Subscription is tied to one account and its registered payment card, and credits accumulated are non-transferrable.

Credit Card and Debit Cards

• We accept all cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• Cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions to work for an MDS Subscription.

Cash

• At the moment, the MDS Subscription is only available online. But Subscribers still enjoy their 20% off retail price in our brick and mortar stores.

Change of Tier

• In the event of an MDS Subscription tier upgrade or downgrade, your old MDS Subscription will cease. You will be charged for your new MDS Subscription on the same day, and payments will recur 30 days from that day.
• Any and all unused credit(s) will be added on to your new subscription.

Cancellation

• Should you wish to cancel your MDS Subscription, your subscription will cease 30 days from the date of subscription.
• Your 20% discount will still apply, only ending on the last day of your subscription.
• In the unfortunate event that you wish to end your MDS Subscription, any remaining credit(s) will still be valid.
• You can still make exchanges on unused items for a full-priced item of the same value after cancellation, as long as this is within your subscription period.
• However, should you make an exchange on the following month after your cancellation, your item value will be what you paid for (80%), meaning that you will have to pay the difference to exchange for an item of the same value.

The MDS Subscription only charges the monthly subscription fee, which may or may not include local tax depending on your location. Some financial institutions add additional transaction fees for foreign transactions. These fees are charged by your bank, so if you have questions, please contact your financial institution.

MDS was unable to collect a payment because the card issuer or financial institution rejected the monthly charge. To resolve the issue, sign in to your MDS Subscription account and update or change your payment method. We will verify the new information, and notify you as soon as the payment is successful.

If you are still having trouble updating your account with new payment information, you may want to reach out to your card issuer or financial institution to ensure the payment information is up to date and supports e-commerce transactions.

What happens if my subscription payment mode fails?

In the event of a failed giro deduction, your subscription and 20% discount will immediately be temporarily suspended. A re-deduction will be attempted within the next 7 days, after which your subscription and discount benefits will resume.

If you would like to see your billing history, click on Billing History from your My Accounts page. You can also select individual dates to see and print that month's invoice.

We will only charge you once a month for an MDS Subscription. If you see more charges than you expected, you may be seeing a temporary authorization. We will send an authorization whenever you open a new account or update your payment information. If you did not recently open an account or update your payment information, check your statements for previous unexpected charges. If you have verified with your financial institution that they are actual charges, please contact us so we can help you investigate.
